Guess my #. - Round 3 begins!

First topic message reminder :
This is a game called "Guess My #".
This number will be a 1-4 digit # each time and to win you have to guess it 10 times correctly.
You can ask 3 questions per #, but you have to ask Yes/No questions, and it can't be "Is is.... 1234?".
You get unlimited guesses, but choose your questions wisely.
Every 5 guesses, I will reveal a small clue, so it doesn't last forever.
Okay, I am thinking of a # between 1-9999. Start asking questions to get leads on the number.
Example: Is the first digit 3 squared? Answer: No (This is true, don't worry)
Round 1 Answers
1. Q: Is it dividable by 2? A: Yes
2. Q: Is the first digit even? A: Yes
3. Q: Does it have 4 digits? A: No
4. Q: Does it end in an odd number? A: No
5. Q: Is it 3 digits? A: Yes
6. Q: Is the second digit even? A: Yes
7. Q: Are any of the numbers the same? A: No
The Number was... 264.

2. Q: Are all the digits odd? A: Yes, all digits are odd.
3. Q: Does it have more than 2 digits? A: Yes, it has more than 2 digits.

You didn't say if it was chicken as the second digit or not...so...is the second digit odd?
