My Longest Sim Family Ever (without cheating) destroyed by CC.

Ok. So recently... well a couple of weeks ago... I started playing the sims again. But this time I promised someone they could slap me if I cheated. So I downloaded this town called Jericho from Modthesims ( http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=464250 ). After my sim TJ Smallwood became a husband and a father of 3 kids my game decided it would no longer run this save file.
So after all my effort of my longest family without using cheats was ruined by this town.I am posting this to advise everyone that downloading towns from anywhere but the Sims 3 website is a terrible mistake...

To what Logan said (post #2) My game does crash after hours and hours of playing while doing anything but this time this specific town wouldn't load. I have checked other towns and they worked fine. So I am 99% sure that the town Jericho caused the problem.

It's a shame, it looks like such a nice town... don't forget to include any other information, that could tell us if it was anything else.

It was a really well done town...

But I think that because it was a multipart download that it caused problems running it in my computer.
